Questions shop owners ask
Do I need internet all the time?
No. You can keep selling and printing receipts offline. Sales are stored on the device and sent to the cloud automatically when you are back online. You need internet to log in the first time and to see live reports.
What devices and printers work?
Any Android phone or tablet, iPhone, iPad, Windows or Mac computer with a modern browser. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners work, and receipts print on 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers (including direct Bluetooth printing) or regular A4 printers.
What does the setup fee cover?
We create your shop, set up your logo and invoice layout, import your product list and train you (and your staff) on the counter. Most shops are selling the same day.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored securely in the cloud, backed up every day, and only your shop can see it. If a phone breaks or is lost, just log in on another device — nothing is lost.
Can I use it in Bangla?
Yes. The whole app works in Bangla and English, with prices in ৳ and Bangladeshi number formatting.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no lock-in. We can export your products and sales for you if you leave.
